About VCC

A hospital born from a refusal.

Four physicians who had spent their careers inside the system decided to build something outside its compromises — a place where medicine answers to the patient first, and to commerce never.

Four physicians.
One common belief.

Dr. Akshay Narawad, Dr. Vinay Pallewar, Dr. Nitin Bangar and Dr. Badriprasad Ghuge did not meet over a business plan. They met over patients — in wards and ICUs across Marathwada, where they kept seeing the same quiet tragedy: families who could not tell whether a recommendation was for the patient's good or the hospital's books.

They believed critical care had drifted from its purpose. Beds filled to meet targets. Investigations ordered to fill invoices. Conversations with families kept short, because clarity is harder to bill than confusion. None of it sat right with the oath they had taken.

So they pooled their experience and built the hospital they wished had existed for their own families. Venkatesha Critical Care & Hospitals is that hospital — physician-owned, physician-run, and accountable to no shareholder who has never met a patient.

Our Philosophy

Ethical before commercial. Always.

This is the first principle every other decision at VCC bends to. When the ethical choice and the commercial choice diverge, we have already decided which way we will go.

What Guides Us

Vision, mission, and the values we won't trade.

Vision

Critical care a family can trust

To be the hospital Marathwada turns to in its hardest hours — known not for its scale, but for its honesty.

Mission

On-site specialists, plain truth

To deliver physician-led critical care with specialists present around the clock and families kept fully informed, every day.

Values

Seva. Satya. Samarpan.

Service that puts the patient first. Truth in every conversation. Devotion to the calling of medicine over its commerce.
